Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned with tracking, and a refund will only be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the item price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable, as each piece is made uniquely for you.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original condition.
