Shipping policy
Shipping is available across Canada and to the U.S. for a flat rate of 22$ CAD. All items are made to order, with a standard processing time of 5–8 business days, although larger orders may require 10 to 15 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.
For U.S. orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages Policy
Please provide an accurate and complete address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipping the item. We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages in such cases.
