First Sip, Fresh Start

Good day everyone!

Ah! The first post! It's always the hardest one and I’m not quite sure what to say other than… Hi! I'm Julien (but you can call me Jules), a 32-year-old French Canadian who loves crochet 🧶 and painting. I’m also a BIG FAN of good coffee ☕, interior design, and oversized fashion. Fun fact: My husband bought a gorgeous teal Keurig machine last week. I swear it makes the coffee taste even better! Maybe because something beautiful can elevate everything around it. It’s also true for crochet!

I know I promised on TikTok ages ago that I’d release my beanie pattern... It just wasn’t right yet! I wanted to fine-tune the sizing with different hooks and materials to make it as accurate as possible. Well, I’m happy to say: IT’S FINALLY DONE! 🎉 And guess what? I won’t promise weekly posts, but I’ll write whenever inspiration strikes. And with summer just around the corner ☀️, I can already tell you that ideas are flowing! Should I do a post about my summer inspirations? One thing’s for sure: this season is all about cute accessories that won’t eat up your entire yarn stash. Stay tuned! ✨
