When you submit your request, I’ll review your details and reply within 2–3 business days. Custom orders are limited to patterns currently available on my website. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice and an estimated completion date.

Production time varies depending on the item and my current workload, usually ranging from 1 to 4 weeks. Once your order is complete, shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days, following my standard shipping policy.

If you need your piece by a specific date (like a birthday or special event), mention it in your form — I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.

Pricing varies based on the type of item. After reviewing your request, I’ll send a detailed quote before we begin. Custom pieces typically range from $65 to $300, depending on the item selected.

You can select your color from the list below. All custom items are made with my standard yarn for consistent quality and texture.

Please note that availability may vary depending on suppliers, and certain colors might be temporarily out of stock at the time of your request. If that happens, I’ll suggest the closest available alternative before confirming your order.

To make sure your custom piece fits comfortably, take your measurements with a soft measuring tape and follow the guide below. Keep the tape snug but not tight for accurate results. (Tip: Ask a friend for help to ensure accuracy — it’s much easier with an extra pair of hands!)

Beanie:

• Head Circumference: For an accurate head measure, place a tape measure across the forehead and measure around the full circumference of the head. Keep the tape snug for accurate results

Gloves and Mittens:

• Hand Circumference: Measure around the palm of your dominate hand, which is usually just below the knuckles. Exclude the thumb.

• Wrist Circumference: Measure around the widest part of the wrist.

• Hand Length: Measure from the wrist to the the base of the hand to the tip of the middle finger or to the top of the longest finger.

Sweater:

• Chest/Bust Measurement: Measure around the fullest part of the chest or bust, keeping the tape level and relaxed.

• Back Length: Measure from the base of your neck down to your hips to determine the full back length of your garment.

• Center Back Neck–to–Wrist: With your arm straight, measure from the base of your neck, across the shoulder, and along the arm to the wrist.

• Arm Length: With your arm slightly bent, measure from your armpit to your wrist.
